why on the ingredients list of bacon it says it have sugar, but on the nutrition fact its 0 sugar 0 carbs ????

What are you looking at?  It's not bacon.

it depends the sugar can be used in the curing of the bacon and could amount to less thant what the feds need to have reported on the label

I don't see that being "bacon" in the true sense any more than any other "deli meat".   From a dieting perspective, fine - go with the label, but it's not "the real thing".
