I really like caffeine pills. Ephedrine is ok. Both work. All that other NO stuff is all sizzle and no steak.

I take caffine was wondering if anything is better or try something for a change.
No prohormones or anything illegal etc

Caffeine has always worked for me. ECA stack worked great but I think it's just too catabolic. I never want energy that results in muscle tissue loss. Just enough energy to attack the weights then eat rest eat grow. ;D

Its 3am. I am having some coffee and a snickers now. When I go to bed in 20mins I'll fall right asleep

A tolerance to caffeine is always a problem. I avoid drinking it for casual or social settings anymore. I train 2 days on 1 off and those training days I take 400mg (2 caffeine tabs) 30 minutes before training. I also drink a slight variation of the Milos Sarcev shake while training.

A supplement with methylhexaneamine a/k/a 1,3-Dimethylpentylamine. It's a decent ephedrine replacement. For example Ergopharm AMP or SAN Tight Extreme. The SAN product is extremely potent IME and I liked it a lot.

carbs. best NO2 "supplement" available.
for energy, caffiene, but only use it when you need it. not everyday or ever mulitple time sper week. 1-2 per week max. dont want a tolerance to build. also.. ephedrine, phentermine, sibutramine, dbol, halotestin, tren, cheque drops....

Patrick Arnold has written some really good stuff on pre workout supplementation. Before his workouts he has a REALLY STRONG coffee followed by a shake that he consumes during the workout. Among other things the shake contains 25 grams of Dextrose. I bought a 10 lb jar of Dextrose from Now nutrition for cheap. 3 tablespoons get the job done.
