Some say 500 a day.
I cutting right now. I'm only 3 weeks in, but for the first month i'm not even cutting calories, i just removing all the junk for my diet and eating clean.

No idea, but less than i was eating before. Train 3-4 days a week, no cardio, but still getting leaner. Wavelength would be so proud of me.  :'(

Multiply your body weight by 15 then drop 500 calories a day general rule.

diet with high(ish) carbs makes you feel better, just watch the calories. minimal fat and 1,25-1.5 g/lb of protein
