I am cutting up right now and I hate eating all these veggies. I don't need them to satiate my hunger (which I guess is why some dieters eat them), and I figure I can get my vitamins and fiber from other foods/pills etc.
What says you getbig?

yeah, you should eat veggies. they are whole foods (far superior to any supp), they support the immune and digestive systems, and they are relatively inexpensive.

They're great and there's a huge variety of them. Just pick a few and cook in a style to your liking.

Green beans, potatoes, greens, carrots. Screw all the other veggies, but that's just me. Never really acquired a taste for vegetables. :P
Are Veggies overrated/necessary??? My opinion, yes. Overrated.
Get your vitamins and minerals how you want and feel comfortable doing so.
