because it looks better and Alot less gay = More people think the photo is cool = more people buy it = bigger profit

I see what you're trying to say, but surely they could've picked a different Arnold picture as the cover that didn't require photoshopping.

It's a suspect, but it might be just that the cover photo has a better quality.
