Two questions:

1.  Does baby aspirin (the 82mg ones) contain NSAIDS?

2.  Do NSAIDS impair muscle growth?

1.  Yes - aspirin IS a NSAID

2.  Yes - but HIGHLY unlikely at that dose

Have you been reading back issues of M & F?  ;)

no, i was thinking of adding a baby aspirin to my EC stack because I havent been progessing as well as I would like and was curious.  I had heard somewhere though that the NSAIDS did impair muscle growth.  I dont read bb magazines :)
