Title: Do you do a loading day?
Post by: calfzilla on January 18, 2010, 12:11:56 AM
When dieting do you do a weekly loading day where you up your calories and do sort of a "re-feed"?  Are there advantages to this or should one just diet straight through?

It can be beneficial psychology wise, for body composition irrelevant as long as total calories remain the same.
So whatever is more convenient.

I think reloading is a must if u r doin low carb.  It's the only way you can lean out without losing too much size.
