We had this one before. Columbu is vastly overrated, no signifiant detail, there only for this lat spread. Dorian vs Ronnie is debatable 'til the end of times. Samir should have placed higher than Columbu so should have Robinson. Flex '93 was better than Cutler ever was.

cue the dorian guy meltdown, as this is the flex list that got number one correct as can be, and dorian in his rightful spot of a distant second  :-*.

best part of this thread will be when Shalaby comes in and somehow justifies Nasser being in that list with his "back"  ::)

Correct. At the time they made this Kai wasn't Kai.

Yates, Stubbs and Coleman can go in any order.  It just depends on the point of view.

Columbu had the best back of all time for his era. He advanced back development for everyone else to copy. Noone knew a back could look like that until then.

I think Dorian's back was superior, especially due to the lower attachment point of Dorian's lats, which made his lower back much thicker and more developed than Ronnie's, and he presented them with far superior hardness. Dorian's back muscle bellies are simply longer than Ronnie's.

Makes as much sense as anything he has said in the Ronnie/Dorian "debate".

This coming from the guy who claimed Ronnie is a superior bodybuilder simply because he looks better standing relaxed from the front - and nothing else is necessary.

Not after Robinson hit the scene. On the pic Nobody posted you can see what I mean. Incredible lats. That's it.
The Orville Burke videos is interesting: BBing is really about posing; on his FLS, you tend to think he has very high latsand suddenly on his rear spread, you have the exact opposite impression.

Greg Kovacs should be up there. He had a great back at his peak. Especially concidering he's really tall.

Marco should be up there also.
