Title: Does Feeling Full correlate with muscle fullness?
Post by: Boost on January 18, 2010, 09:30:12 AM
Guys,

My muscles are basically always flat. I've just noticed that it takes me eating about 1500 calories in one sitting to actually look "full".

I look loads better when my muscles are full. And I actually feel full in terms of eating.

Anyone else look flat/crap until they've eaten a tonne, and then look awesome?

yes but this is nothing new?? glycogen storage via eating carbs,, + water retention and good feeling when you eaten..

1500 may be a bit much. But sure, everybody looks much better when they've stocked glyocogen.
