bench press overated db best for chest hands down

I like the barbell bench because you can progress in 5-lb increments. With DBs it takes too long for me to up the weight and I get discouraged.

Do I really need to explain this? The total weight goes up by 10 pounds with a new set of DBs. Nobody benches one dumbell.

for some people DB dont work as well as BP does.....i still do DB atleast once a month..but i dont make it a staple..

bench press,, incline bench, small decinle bench,, also difficult to make progressie weight jumps with dumbells,, i only use dumbells sometimes and high reps

going up 5 pounds at a time does nothing for your muscles if yuor looking for growth you gotta make jumps in the weight to shock your muscle.

Not for the twinks at my gym....all the dumbbells between 10 to 40 increase in 2.5 pound increments.

you truly are a cock smoker. At least I know what I'm talking about. I've been here for years and 99% of the posters on Getbig don't even seriously train. I on the other hand have gained over 50 lbs of muscle since 2003 and have an impressive physique. You my friend are a fraud and shouldnt be wasting anyone time on this site. god bless

I also actually work out and have gained plenty of muscle doing so, but don't feel the need to boast about my "impressive physique" on the internet since I have other things going for me in life, like an education and proper grammar. I've also never used steroids; how about you? If that really is you in that photo (it's not) and you need steroids to look like that, that's just pathetic frankly. You're completely full of shit. I am 29 years old and I am considering doing a cycle or 2 this is only for myself not competing. I am 6.2 242 lbs close to 25%bf currently. I will be bumping up my cardio after Christmas but right now I'm building mass. What would you recommend for me. I do not want to say that money is no object but i don't want to spend a tonne on juice. What should I take that is relatively safe. I'm not looking for long term side effects. I have been in the gym for awhile and I have cycled before but I do believe I'm forgotten more than I know now. Please help only constructive posts please

you're pathetic Your bringing up my stats from 2006 and whats your point. why are all you homos such haters. I worked very hard to get where I am at. And with advice from the experienced guys here I have waited over 5 years to do my first cycle
For the record i always thought I was 6.2 until recently getting a medical and measuring 6.3
As for the weight difference in 3 weeks Im sure it was either a typo or I was just mistaken. the end
