Title: Incline Barbell Bench Press and Shoulders

Compared to flat bench how much more does incline emphasize the front delts?

not an expert but imho: depends on the angle. Increase the angle, more shoulders are used...

For best results with your chest don't go higher than 30 degrees.

I agree. I look for the lowest incline I can find.

To take some of the delts out of the movement, try bringing the bar down as close to your chin as possible.

I always find this hits my shoulders greatly And most incline chest barbell stations are fixed

If it's an adjustable bench I always put it on the lowest angle possible.

respected Hulkotron, do you have Ronnie's bodybuilding book? what angle does he reccomend for inclines?
