I figured I'd post this before one the leftwing nutbags got it.First off , if its against the law they should stop. Second the ragheads could care less if we're firing at them from "jesus weapons" as the article claims..and 3rd...the ACOG is a good site.

Coded references to New Testament Bible passages about Jesus Christ are inscribed on high-powered rifle sights provided to the United States military by a Michigan company, an ABC News investigation has found.

At the end of the serial number on Trijicon's ACOG gun sight, you can read "JN8:12", a reference to the New Testament book of John, Chapter 8, Verse 12, which reads: "Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life." The ACOG is widely used by the U.S. military.

More PhotosThe sights are used by U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan and in the training of Iraqi and Afghan soldiers. The maker of the sights, Trijicon, has a $660 million multi-year contract to provide up to 800,000 sights to the Marine Corps, and additional contracts to provide sights to the U.S. Army.

U.S. military rules specifically prohibit the proselytizing of any religion in Iraq or Afghanistan and were drawn up in order to prevent criticism that the U.S. was embarked on a religious "Crusade" in its war against al Qaeda and Iraqi insurgents.

I have the M-68 which is a dot scope. It works and I knocked the bottom out of my qual target once the thing was zeroed. The Acog's are a little harder to come by but I have stuff to send u when I'm stateside. The ACOG is a 4x power I think, works friggen great.

What is the problem with this? Personally we should give all our weapons Jesus names.  That way in addition to blowing them up, we can add insult to injury as proof that God > Allah.

I think the 5.56 is actually the last thing they think about. Our guys got hit by some douchbags a few weeks ago...they fired back with .50 Cal. They cut one shitbag in half..wounded another and number 3 gave up.

Personally I dont care, but this is going to be used in the media like abu garihib.

As far as the 50 cal, goes, in my ideal world, I would have a Barrett .50 cal and a 1000 yard range to fire that damn thing.
