Before the spin starts, let me be the first to say that Obama has only himself to blame for HCR going down in flames.
1. Back door deals with Big Pharma to stop drug reimportation.
2. Back door deals with the Unions to exempt them from the excise tax.
3. Bribes to individual Senators to get their votes at the expense of other states.
4. Unconstitutional personal mandates.
5. Massive tax hikes on people making below 250k a year - PROMISE BROKEN.
6. No transparency on CSPAN - PROMISE BROKEN.
7. Adds to the deficit - PROMISE BROKEN.
8. You cant keep your own plan - PROMISE BROKEN.
9. Shifting millions on to Medicaid and sticking the States with the tab.
10. No tort reform whatsoever.
11. No interstate competition.

No one wants this crap and it never had to be this way. Obama has only himself to blame in this mess.

Good post. Obama should've rammed the health care through without all the deal making.
Better let the congressmen vote no to a bill that the people want and then have to explain that to their voters instead of all these deals.

The problem is the bill was never about health care at all.Its about controll and higher taxes and an expansion of government.Tough sell to average Americans,especially the 80% that are happy with their health care.
