I eat around 2,200 cals a day:
bran flakes
oats
prunes
nuts
popcorn
5 to 6 fruits
5 to 6 veggies
fibre bread
arsehole was sore for the first while, but now it has got used to it, dumps are small and not huge so small meals = small dumps.
