This week OTR turns 1! To celebrate Carl and I have decided to do an awards show... Giving out The Golden Needle Award to some our most memorable guests that helped us make this first year a great one!
The categories:
-Most Bizarre Story
-Funniest Story
-Greatest Meltdown
-Best Guest Appearance
If you are new to OFF TOPIC Radio, don't worry... We will playing audio clips for each category. The winners will be our guests this week!

I thought about posting the polls everywhere... but GB doesn't doesn't have/allow polls, and I'm not sure Ron would be cool with me starting a whole bunch of threads relating to the show. He's been very generous allowing me to post one thread a week. I thought 5 more would be pushing it! The same goes with MD.
I know what you are getting at here Glen, but let's be honest... While Blockhead was a good guest, he wasn't THE BEST guest this year!!!

what is the "golden needle" referencing?
That is the name of our now annual award. It is an engraved plaque with a golden needle attached to it... I believe it would NORMALLY be given to someone in the health profession, but when I saw it, we had to have it!

The point is if the thread is only at rx, then it'll be a biased awards show, when LOTS of getbiggers do listen to the show.
I just dont want u to alienate any part of your growing audience thats all!

Oh, ok. Well, next year or next time we do a vote there will be a neutral site for everyone to go to vote.

Aaron posts this show on about 20 seperate forums (if anything thats an under-estimate).
Maybe the steriotypes are true in most cases?
