Any experts out there on tuna cosumption being bad for you? I mean, you can't beat the price and it's an awesome (cheap) protein source when dieting.

Any experts out there on tuna cosumption being bad for you? I mean, you can't beat the price and it's an awesome (cheap) protein source when dieting.
I think they say a few cans a week can't hurt but some people eat a few a day and the mercury levels can build up fast.

i used to eat 2 cans a day and always had headaches....i eat it maybe once every couple weeks anymore
i have heard the whole mercury bit, but who knows
i would rather eat my whole eggs i get from a farm buddy...$2 a dozen and they are the good orange yolk,
