He's back to his old ways, he was like that 'til the end of 2003 basically (the Ironman was sone of his best showings if i recall correctly) then from 2004 he started having problems and going "off season" more and more obviously. Think after the 2008 'O he understood he had to go backwards as far as conditioning is concerned. He's getting older, he has to go through tough discipline 365 days a year to be competitive.

Blockiness describes his shape and has nothing to do with "lean, vascular and grainy"... Dorian was blocky, lean, vascular, grainy.

Theres no reason why his abs should not look like that now, he get paid $250,000+ a year to compete so he better stay in shape.
