Looks beter then most getbiggers.

Tried reversegrip once, felt like my forearms was going to explode (in a bad way) just from the bar alone lol.

That is how I prefer to bench (flat or decline).  I get a better stretch and pump from it. 

The most impressive lift that I saw was Anthony Clark (as a guest) benched reverse grip, no bench shirt with 7 x 45 plates on each side.  It took three men to provide the lift off.  The bar was bent and Anthony just repped away.

havent flat benched in a while now, but I did the 105pound dumbells for about 6 reps not too long ago,

Not Really strong but not very weak for my weight either.

Maby flat bench next week hehe.

my chest fucking sucks either way lol.

I actually tend to do that exercise on smith machine. I think it hits your upper chest very well.

"Hardcore" =  brutally ripping sleeveless shirt off, yelling/grunting, and loud music?

"DrFister" needs to chime in on this. I'm sure he saw much more "hardcore" while pullin 8 yrs in teh joint.

only did the reverse grip benches couple 2 maybe 3 times over the course of 10 years and that was during years 3-4.
was thinking of trying them again recently.  someone in the gym benches in a smith 3plates plus a quarter each for reps side so was thinkin bout tryin them.  would do it at home with oly bb,,, have a cage and gym set up at home, thats why i can be a member a pf and still workout for real,,, lol

after seein that guy all i could say is why.

anyone else reverse bench,,, thoughts?
