Hey guys,

I would love your help could you please just click on http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/2010-ironman-bodyspace-spokesmodel-voting.htm and vote for James Dawson Martin "Jamerjay"  He's in the top 5 guys for Bodyspace's Spokesmodel contest and needs your votes the voting is only for 24 hours.  He will also be competing at the Fit Expo this weekend at 2:30pm.
