It is a crap product.  It contains to much magnesium and sugars.  If you take it for long periods of time will make you feel like crap.  Eat a great diet and you won't need this stuff I promise.

I havent had it but I have heard some good things about it. It seems like it would be definately good to take before a workout on those days in which you just REALLY dont feel like working out. Unfortunately, espeacially during a recession, one has to prioritise his supplements, and expensive energy boosters like this just dont fall into a high priority category for me.

I like the fruit punch flavor. I blend it with Vanilla whey isolate.

No-Xplode is great.

I don't get pumped or whatever, but I feel like I'm prob addicted already. :)

I noticed that when I don't use it I'm not as energetic (caffeine prob).

Could be placebo effect, but whatever it works for me.  Plus $35 can get you a month/2month supply depending how much you use.

Def worth a try.

Take it when you wake up or before your normal gym time, and you will HAVE to go workout or you will lose your mind. So its good as a motivator if nothing else. You can no doubt get the same effect from two big cups of joe, though

It has maltodextren which is actually worse for you.

  It doesn't have any sugar.

Years ago when BSN still had those basement style labels on the product I tried it and I liked it,  A friend of mine bought me a new one for Christmas and it didn't seem to have the same effect.

Been using it consistently for about 18 months now - it sounds sad but I wouldn't train without it. Great pump, even whilst warming up, noticeably improves focus and concentration too.

I like the fruit punch flavour but I've recently gone onto lemon and lime. It's also cheaper than Superpump 250 by Gaspari or Nanovapor by Muscletech but with the same effects.

If they took out the fillers ( Maltodextrin ) there wouldn't be much in the container.  Fillers are designed to give the product volume, because consumers won't pay a lot for a little bottle.

I really like NO XPLODE and the new format (stick packs) have made it even easier to use. Taste is great compared to other pre-workout powders and energizing effects are awesome.

I've tried samples of the new VPX NO Shotgun, Black Powder, Ultralife Nox Pump and No Xplode NT. The NO Xplode NT gave great pumps and I felt it really added to my workout. The other 3 not so much.

Just an update on this - I've stopped using NO-Explode in the past month and have moved onto Superpump 250 after I heard people on here and in general raving about how good it was.

Been using it for nearly a month now and I don't rate it at all - hardly get any noticable pumps, (and it tastes foul) so it's back to the NO-Explode for me once this tub runs out.

Yep - I've seen the NT version advertised and I'll definitely give it a go.

I also like VPX Shotgun too - I had a few sample packs of that sent to me when it first came out and it was pretty good.

I don't think I'll be using Superpump again.

I agree most of the time. No Xplode NT however does really add to your workout. Wavelength: you're an open minded guy, most e-shops sell 1 serving pack's of these NO supps, try the No Xplode NT 1 time and report back. If it failed you lost only 2$. Just do it  ;)

I really like NO XPLODE and the new format (stick packs) have made it even easier to use. Taste is great compared to other pre-workout powders and energizing effects are awesome.

I also like the convience of single serve packets.  They pack easily into my gym back, and are easy to add to a water bottle.  It will be nice when more products move to this direction as people will care more about what is in the product rather than the giant 80 gallon drum its packaged in.  Unfortunately manufacturing single serve packets is not cheap, and only the larger companies can afford to do it, as you need very high production runs to get the costs down.

NO Explode will give you energy but it lacks the aminos needed to help rebuild your muscles after a hard workout.  It should be obvious what product I prefer.
