Social services have a lot more to do with black culture's decline than rap. Rap just happens to glorify certain aspects but is relatively harmless to someone with half a mind. A person with no sense would just find something else stupid to imitate.

Its great to see older respectful black people that are so fucking happy that got a new start in usa or whatever,
and then you compare them to all the ghetto fucks.
I think america has it worst though, black people in sweden are usually cool.

Care to elaborate? I would be under the impression that the main problem of our time is the relentless pursuit of $$$, easy fame and any material matter that sets you apart from your neighbour. Broken homes, people that should have been sterilised (or shot, to be honest) having kids and having no idea how to set an example. This happen in black and white homes, well, maybe a tad more often in black families. There is positive black role models out there young AA kids can aspire to if an immediate role model (parents figures) is lacking, yet these prancing grunting baboons are still glorified. I'm pretty sure the majority of semi intelligent blacks would agree with me. Is that black culture or does blacks lack a culture? What did social services do to compound on the decline of black 'culture' ?

I agree with Drkaje. We have the same problem in the UK where the saftey nets put in place by the social security system have created an irresponsible, welfare dependant, feral underclass. We call it "chav culture" and it spans most races within the UK. The worrying thing is that we seem to now be within the third generation of people that think it's acceptable to just take off the welfare system, while taking no responsibility for how they live their lives.
