I'm thinking the same thing.  + i hate those freaking shirts. All powerlifting should be done raw.

yeah - no doubt the lift was dodgey - he seemed to stop and go down again for a second and he didn't lock out

Amazing shirt elasticity and durability. Clearly no ordinary t-shirts.

Can't see from this angle. Even in the strict feds you can lift your ass/pelvis as long as your ass is still touching the bench. So a dude with a fat ass and loose singlet can move his body a bit without losing contact.

even if with scott's lift, he started to descend as soon as his spotter let the weight go.
and the little guy did not have his left arm locked out.

Yeah..he failed the lift but getting that f**ker of the rack and down as slow as he did was a feat in it self. Lets see how many can even roll it on the ground!!!

BB requires discipline and control to build and sculpt the ultimate body.  Each body different from the last.  Power lifters tend to be idiots who like to get smacked by other men.

in every "sport" there are always those who embarrass the others. all the theatrics can go, but not all powerlifter are like this.
this would be like looking at only the supreme gayness of pro BB and judging the hobby solely on that.

That one lift was no good.  His ass was off the bench, not sure if he even hit his chest and he did not lock out on his own.  That was a gimme for sure.  But for a guy that small to hold it like that it was still pretty impressive

Could Scot roll it on the ground? Can he even deadlift 600, that's a good question.

If it's not a natural bench press as in without a shirt it's not a real bench press and a total waste of time may as well use a crane

I wonder if that "small" dude goes around bragging that be benches 950 pounds,

and then if they say "bullshit, follow me into the gym and bench"

and he can only do at most 500 (which is strong) without the shirt....

I wonder if they feel proud anyway?

I wouldn't.

My thoughts exactly. I'm cool with little people, but he doesn't even have full-length arms for a midget.
