what is this "matter". and how does it "come together"? moreover, if it was not 'together' before coming 'together', then what exactly was it before it came together?

my thoughts sure dont "feel" like something solid, and neurons releasing nuerotransmitters to cause other nuerons to release nuertransmitters is nothing at all like thought, emotion, consciousness.
