ok, so i got my stuff
going to run 500mg of test e wk 1-12
300 mg of deca weeks 1-10
50 mg dbol/day weeks 1-4
question is,,,i get up at 430 am to eat my first meal, go back to sleep for 1 hour, then lift from 6-7 daily
when should i take my dbol,,,,the times before when i took it i worked out in the afternoon, and took it all right before i worked out, and it worked well
anyone have any suggestions?

Some people insist on splitting your dose so you're taking it every four hours. I suggest just splitting it into 2 doses, one in the am before your workout and one 12 hours later.

Personally I like running it in one dose pre work out. Preferably 1-2 hours before hitting the gym. This will maximize protein synthesis when its needed most, and will give you the strength and pumps that you want in the gym.

i like to spread my dbol tabs throughout the day...the more the spread out the better

In my case spiltting d-bol in two doses was the same as a full day spread still got a nice boost either way. Your shooting 500mg of test once a week? Is this your first cycle?
