Obama voted for every single budget and in fact complained that we did not spend more. He campaigned for TARP, the Stim Bill, etc. Good try bro.

Another thing Blacken, those two ding bats are clueless in that most education funding is done on the local level, not the Federal level. So their attempt to put a straw man argument fails miserably.
