high calories , its the only way to get that kinda mass

kaie green sandwiches help refine the mass as well as pushups, if this guy did that he might would regrow back his hair and attain young fine ass hoes with his huge upper body

attaining this level of upper body strength is crazy rare because not many will take there eating this far over time, but the rare man with the rare idea of growing beyond his good looks in order to attain a massive strength goal is to be respected but also we must learn hypotheically that his method is super high calories

Only thing is super high calories will not result in epic leans, he will give up strength for leans and obtaining hoes, therfore a decision would have to be made hoes or strength.

Obesity for better leverage and a better displacement when holding and controlling a large weight and being born with extremely short Humerus and Radius, Ulna bones (Upper and lower arm bones).

Of course training to some degree, but without the above two you will NEVER be capable of this fat....er I mean feat.

i beleive his training has added up slowly over a long period of time because the dude probably always ate in excess

i feel he 'wouldve' been more successful adding in more dark greens in his diet in massive amounts while keeping other calories the same resulting in a leaner but still massively strong physique

Nah. He would still be a disgusting fat ass in keeping the caloric level the same.  The man hasn`t seen a deficit in years.  Pressing 405 for reps whilst cutting your life short in my opinion is wasteful.  If thats what he wants to do then so be it, but it comes at a great cost and risk.

ive never seen a person that big that eats vegetables

he needs ALOT more vegetables than what he is getting, hes fat from a nutritional imbalance and gastrointestinal backup

lol yeah its tough t get fat if your eating a substantial amount of vegetables everyday. well i know i have a huge appetite, but if i eat a big amount of veggies at every meal, its pretty hard at the end of the day to eat any more food, especially if i was eating more than just some protein and a bit of carbs with the vegges.

Wrong. The only road to obesity is consuming more calories over time than you burn, regardless of where they come from.

eat alot of vegetables aswell as alot of variety of foods

i have atleast 7 veggie sandwiches a day, along with boosts drinks, peanutbutter with chocolate, some grapejuice ect, boost drink calories go down super easy and quick, ill start adding more macorini and cheese too

with this high calorie diet its best not to smoke weed before a workout only after

fat people dont eat substantial amounts of veggies

they live off a diet of meat and quick acting grains wich is only bad for you if you dont eat veggies, veggies are your glucose governer

she doesnt eat much veggies

fat girls who are vegetarians live off of breads and cakes, fat people generally have an attitude probably and wont eat veggies because "they taste bad' or dont taste good enough

never said a vegetarian cant get fat, anyone can get fat if they dont workout, thats obvious

fat people also dont drink 2+ gallons of water either i drink atleast that much especially while playing tekken and letting all the water i drink over a long period of time assimilate to my legs as they feel more pumped the more i play video games and stand, i do this sort of high water drinking/standing thing when im too high to lift and trying to recouperate myself

You guys give fatness too much credit. It's genetically superior CNS development.

where do you think cns development comes from? the answer is resistance + caloric assimilation forms the proper neural pathways when necessary wich form along side of muscle and bone density ect
