No, I'm good. I pop a rib earlier today and can hardly breath. Just got back from a good mexican dinner and downed 2 cadillacs to kill the pain. Needles to say I won't be going to Muay Tai this week :(

Well, some old guys rule. Not everybody has the discipline and heart to have kept up his training for, what is now? 25-30 years you've been at it?
