Yesterday they replayed the Penn/ Sanchez fight on Spike.
I have to admit, I saw the first fight but didn't watch it that closely.
After seeing the replay, that was the most pathetic, one sided performance I have ever seen in a title fight.
Sanchez looked like he had never fought MMA before. Penn did not even look like he broke a sweat the entire fight.
I honestly felt horrible for Sanchez. It was like watching a baby seal getting clubbed.

I swear I broke out laughing when I read this part. It was bad though. And BJ prolonged it. I think BJ could have ended it in the first and I think he knew that. He was very confident in that fight.

I gotta agree, as much as I hate that fat, lazy hawaiian he absolutely destroyed Sanchez.. he really proved himself in the eyes of many ufc fans that weren't crazy about him before.

BJ killed him, but the most one-sided beatdown I have ever seen was the first Anderson Silva VS Rich Franklin fight. That was a fucking ass-kicking of biblical proportions.

Yea, that was something else...franklin needed reconstructive facial surgery afterward..I think Silva left part of his knee buried in there somewhere.. ;)
