to get ripped really fast i found and STILL be able to workout daily, only amount of olive oil that is needed is less than 4 tablespoons a day

ofcourse vegetables=negative calories. stomack burns more calories digesting it. i dont agree with milos that you can eat veggies as much as you want, some vit/min can be harmful if taken too much like broccoli
