Title: Puppies ???
Post by: slacker on February 03, 2010, 12:33:38 AM
Anyone have any experience with bull terriers.  Im going to look at some puppies tomm.   Here are some pics.   I am leaning toward s the white one. However I will make a decision of their behaviour. They are 2000 dollars.  It seems to be the going rate. Does this price sound about right

I wanted to but pit bulls are outlawed in Ontario and I don't want people to mistake a staff for a pit bull.  My younger brother has some really good bull terriers so I am going to buy a female so we can get some pups down the road.  My brother breeds and wants to add bull terriers to his list of dogs.    Ive had many pits and staffs. Best dogs on earth

sounds like a good price..i was looking into one about ten years ago and that was the price the breeder was asking for then...so it sounds right...make sure it's about 13 weeks when you get him/her...

I wish people har to undergo some sort of training before buying a dog. Same thing before having a kid.

Be prepared to make a thread when your dogs go blind or deaf, or both. White Bull Terriers are prone to that.

They are so cute.  I want one some day.

A couple years ago an aquaintance of mine bought one for $1800 so $2000 sounds about right.

No doubt.  I agree but my brother is looking to breed these dogs to make some money. So by buying one I am kinda helping him get started and getting myself a pet. Ever since Pellis and Disturbia broke up with me I am lonely.

I don't mind pits but seems like all the tough guys/wiggers/thugs want or have pits. Which just wrecks the prestige of owning them. I have dobes, nice top of the line ones. Extremely intelligent and very loyal.

I have a Staffy and love him.  I took my time in choosing him and it payed off.  I can't imagine having a better dog.  His personality makes it seem like he is almost human.  This is the first Staffy I have owned and have spent a lot of time and put a lot of love in him so it's paid off well.  They are pretty expensive but Jagger was well worth it in my opinion.  I tried to attach a pic but it's too large and I don't know how to shrink it.  Any tips?
