The problem with the lawsuit angle is they are going to need more evidence to show the guy was an agent.  They say the other person to make this claim has gov't ties, but they don't offer any real proof.

I'd think with all the people at the airport, there would be more that talked about the SDM, but there doesn't seem to be.
