I had some toast w/ peanut butter, some pineapple juice w/ vanilla protein powder (it's good, try it!), and a Muscle Milk protein/saturated fat bar.

6 whole organic brown eggs.

1 cup steel cut oats

1- red potatoe, 5- whole eggs, 1- piece of sausage, 1/2- onion, apple & cranberry juice with added powder fiber. Breakfast of champions!!

3 Fish Oil

6 whole eggs scrambled w/ cheese
3 packets instant oatmeal
10-12 oz OJ
fish oil and multi

1 cup rolled oats
2 cups non-fat/unsweeted organic soy milk
1 scoop vanilla protein power
1/2 tsp Splenda
1 Banana
1 Tbs wheat germ
1 Tbs oat bran
1 Tbs ground flax seed
All mixed together like cereal.
1 cup coffee (fresh ground beans only - other stuff tastes like shit )
1 Litre steam distilled H2O
Vitamins
Same breakfast everyday for the last 15 years or so. Except I stopped drinking milk 3 or 4 years ago after I found out what it contained, and now drink soy.
