A man that beeen a personal trainer over a 1/4 century and he looks worse than rush limbuagh who doesn't train and eat what he wants when he wants to. That included drugs..
What's the point of working out like Joe...he fat, and out of shape most of the time..Once every 7 or so years he gets in shape, and finds a bride and the perma-bulking cycle begins again...
