These are just guesses anyway. There are no weight classes and no Weigh ins at the pros, they can claim whatever they want basically about their weight (at least back then; now they invented the Namat midget class a year a go or so).
Can't ever imagine for example that Coleman was heavier than Ruhl in 2004, and Coleman claimed he was close to 300 while Ruhl claimed he was around 280 at that show.

He was actually 5 lbs heavier at the 1996 Canada Pro Cup than he was at the 1999 Olympia, and his conditioning was just as good. Ronnie actually regressed from the 1996 CPC to the 1999 Olympia.

because there is an obvious significant overall size increase here:
especially in his quads. its really noticable there.

It's like Charles Barkley claiming to be only 6'4", when he's a legit 6'6" if not taller. It makes it all that much more impressive.
Also take into account, it's not all about body weight. It's about quality of muscle. Look at Arnold. He was a MASTER of appearing larger than he was, as was Flex Wheeler. Ronnie might not have gained a ton of actual body weight from 1997-1999, but he sure did change the composition of his muscle density. FACT.

theres also guys out there that follow mlb and they can give rbi & hr stats a many players from years past..., thats ok though. ::)
but being as your a bb'n fan SMM and this is a bodybuilding board,,, how dare you concern yourself and start o thread in regards to... a bodybuilder... there must be something wrong with you,,, posting a thread like that in a place like this... lol

scale is WAY off he's a LOT bigger in 04 he was 296 vs 257 all of that may have not been dense muscle but the scaling is way off none the less. In your comparison every parts sans arms is smaller than 99 which wouldn't be the case

The idiots who claim that admiring men's physiques make you gay are living in glass houses and throwing stones, because, even if they don't make any bodybuilding-related posts here, they first had to find this board to register in it, and I am assuming they did it by searching for some topic that is bodybuilding-related.
