Title: Jay Cutler Follows Arnold's Lead With Real Estate Deals

A couple of guys at the gym were saying that Jay Cutler has made some shrewd real estate investments similar to what Arnold was doing back in the 70's.  Anyone have details about this?

I doubt it...

Arnold bought an apartment block and lived cheaply in one of the apartments using furniture dave draper made for him out of driftwood.
