I generally feel a weakness on my legs while dieting, they hurt especially while walking mostly.
why is that?

I have no explanation but how hard are you dieting?
I remember losing a lot off my squat the first time i dieted probably went too hard. Didn't have the bodyweight to keep the bar up.

No fats? Maybe your knees are missing the anti-inflammatory effects of some fats? Fish oil seems to help my shoulder. Worth a shot maybe.

yes, fats is no problem, i have like 8-10 caps of fish oil daily...
i dont know maybe its the cardio on the bike...

Yes, i know i had the same feeling when i started dieting, i was stronger than i were in my offseason! :o
i couldnt believe it that i was droping weight and kept the strenght or even getting stronger in some exercises
but as the weeks go by, dieting takes its toll and im becoming weaker..

Check it's properly sized for you I guess, and maybe look to other changes in your training. Only other thing I can think is changes in drugs.
If you're not on a schedule you could drop the diet for a couple weeks and return to your normal training and see if it goes away, then change just one thing at a time (add more cardio, altered training split, diet macros without cal debt, etc) to see if you can find a cause .

That generally happens when you have weak legs. Try training them sometime to strengthen them up. Good luck.
