Dear Mr Marco
Thank you for your self styled legal notice on us regarding various aspects induced by your pay masters the IFBB corporation.
Before we get into the technicalities of this so called legal notice may I ask your learned self , a few questions to clear our mind about the existence of IFBB for us and the implementation of its bylaws on us in India.
1. Please furnish the certificate of societies , chit fund registration as per the societies act of 1860 of the govt of india for us to prove that the IFBB is a non proprietary organization formed for charity to the society in the country of India , so by this your have the right to ask us the questions raised in your self styled legal notice.
2. Does your IFBB have a copyright registration on the Indian soil , through the copyright registration office of the government of India , if yes kindly furnish us the certificate of the same , for your knowledge its a legal document in two pages , page 1 consists of the registration number duly signed by the registrar of copyright dept of India and page 2 the logo or design that has been approved with the drawing of the logo , duly attested and signed by the authorities.
If you wish to see a sample I shall mail you a scanned copy of ours , I don't mind.
3. As for the great Ben Wieder , he is not the property of IFBB rather he was a great human being like any other great people like Abraham Linkon , george washington or so on , please furnish us your copyright on Ben wieder also as per the Indian government laws.
I would also bring this to your kind attention that their is no court of law in this country through which you can convict a registered charitable society like us to use the name or style of a so called foreign body , if you like to test us , I can register the name of a new association , federation etc in this country , exactly in name of your International Federation Of Body builders and you cannot do anything.
My advice.
Stay silent make money the way your IFBB corporation is doing by your commercial activities India is difficult and complicated don't waste your time and money here , we are the brains driving the world.
