Terrorist is let go due to federal legal ineptitude

SC steps in an prosecutes on his failure to register.

Most likely this is just the Toothless Hillbilly Selective Service Registration act.  Targeting the tea parties.  To qualify you must think you can kill the government by drowning it in your bathtub. 

KKK is excluded though.

i can see something like this in a naked gun movie...you can have dudes with turbans on...italian looking dudes with big mustaches walking around with hand grenades..dudes looking like nordberg with the big afro walking around with uzi's...

If you think the only issue is that and you think this is a great idea, LOL...  you're going to need a lot more work than retaking an 8th grade class.
