Your not serious are you? If you are 100 % Natural and you are training 2 hrs a day in the gym your a complete fool, especially on low carbs!
I competed as a natural bodybuilder for many years, 8 to be exact, and most of my workouts were never over 45 minutes unless I was doing cardio.
Any top natural bodybuilder will tell you after 45 minutes your natural testosterone, and gh levels start to decline .After 60 minutes they drop even more.
This will lead to the release of cortisol.
Paco can train for hours if he wants, because he on a ton of gear, but even for him that is stupid.
Nobody, I mean nobody needs more then 45 minutes in the gym when it comes to weight training.
I did back Yesterday, I did 12 sets, and it took me 35-40 minutes tops.
I am so glads you have 2 hours a day to spend in the gym, I sure dont.
Growth is done out of the gym not in the gym

yes paco and samurai need to stop the assauts on backs and deltoids, need to go out and have some fun. why would ain individual drink chickenwings and rice for breakfast for some muscles when you can train 2 times a week hard like EL Negroachi and still kick it.

yes noegroachi you have a point there, but dot you know eating dog's vomit will make your muscles buff like randyman savage?

Highly agreed at what you say.
Its a common sence.
But, what i learn since i train with paco was "there is no common sence".
The result is everything. If you keep on progressing with 5hr training, you must do it.
If you dont grow more, simply you change it.priod.

why 45 minutes? and not 38,5 or 46 min?
do you have scientific studies for this?

Good choose of exercises. Often you see people make the mistake that they train only from 1 or 2 angles.

You're way stronger than Paco with the chins, or were you using a trampoline?  ;D Maybe Paco should do them with a pulley since he can't make full contractions from the beginning.

Tell us a little more about your current diet, is it only chicken & pine these days?

Telling the truth, when it comes to back, i train more correct than paco i think..

Yes, only chicken and pine. But yesterday and today i eat 50g of rice each also. Maybe from tomorrow i eat only chicken and pine again.

Do you guys always use those lifting hooks instead of straps for your back work?
How would you rate them – are they as effective as straps, more effective, less…?

Sorry, I couldn't see well enough in the video.
There's a U.S. company that makes a cuff with a steel hook attached to it.
What you guys are wearing looks a bit similar.

Nice back work you guys do.
I'm curious to see some shoulder sessions!

I've tried hooks years ago but never had the feeling of a tight grip. These 24" long/2" wide straps are the shit for me, but I only use them when I go really heavy

^^Those are what I'm currently using - except mine have the wider reinforcing strap down the outside middle.
2 in. width with wrist padding make them the most comfortable set of straps I've ever worn.

Mine are almost 3 years old.
Unbelievably durable – showing only the slightest signs of wear.

I wondered if the hooks were anywhere near as good.
They’re obviously a lot quicker to get into position.

Can you post a pic, I'm curious how they look like.

I also have a pair of these, they are comfortable but unfortunately the velcro length is too short for a good 'lock' during heavy lifts.

It's hard to explain but it feels like you don't have controll of the grip. The resistance works completely around your wrists which isn't a comfortable feeling.

No deads or bb rows? Two machines, pull-ups, and db rows. Workout seems kind of weak. Only one compound movement for back? You need to re-think that. My back w/o was one hour forty five minutes today 21 sets. wide grip pulldowns, deads, seated cable rows, t-bar rows in the corner, close grip pulldowns, one arm machine rows, and standing wide pull downs to finish. Volume + intensity = thickness and mass.
