make them miss me for a day or two so they are happy when I log back on haha.

I was walking through the nutirtion books aisle in the borders book store the other day and thought what a wonderful idear it would be if you published "the wavelength diet" 8) As the front cover you can have that ripped msot muscular of yours, or perhaps a picture of one of the delicious meals you have posted on your food porn thread ;D

I've been approached by "the industry" a few times already to write articles or a book but I'm not sure yet. It's a lot of work and I'm lazy. Plus I have other priorities right now.
