Thats right. 1985 Mr. Olympia competition. Frank Richards. The guy turned pro in the early 70's and had terrible luck after turning pro and was involved in many major industrial accidents in England. Fell from a telephone pole onto train tracks. Tore his achilles tendon. Snapped his forearm bone in two. Was never able to bend his wrist again. Was stabbed in the late 80's too. But in 85 Frank decided to resume is pro career and he came on like gangbusters. And the man was around 40 years old. He placed high at the Night of champions and got fucked at this 1985 Olympia. But the posing routine that Frank Richards gave that year was on of the best ever. It is PURE POWER!!!! And the man had a brutal and awesome body of muscle. This is what REAL BODYBUILDERS LOOK LIKE!!!! FUCK THE PROS OF TODAY AND FUCK THEIR SCHMOE POSING ROUTINES!!!!!
Some of you will enjoy this and the rest are just clueless.

After the 87 Night of Champions, Frank was in a bar in Britain and a few thugs came into the bar and shoved a knife into his back and ripped it across his back. They also cut his bicep tendon from the bone. Frank still competed a few years later at the 1st Arnold Classic but retired shortly after. He said it was a case of mistaken identity, but some blokes I know from back in those days say that it was a steroid deal gone wrong and some thugs got fucked over and decided to shank big Frank. I have no idea of what really happened.

That was ok but far from the best. He was off the mark is some poses and the routine was a little dry. His facial expressions were pretty dull over all too which can add or take away, in this case, from a routine's overall success.
If we're going on this dramatic type of presentation, this is one of the best.

I've always liked this posing routine:
Great pick my man. Didn't realize you already posted the same routine. Obviously this is saying something :)
-
This was also very dramatic and powerful. They just can't pose like this these days.

That's also a really good one.
Kind of makes you wonder what the hell Kai Greene is doing up there :-\

Yea I heard that thats why I asked. Is he still around?
He was as of a couple of years ago. He sent me a private message after I commented on one of his YouTube videos.

I like that! None of the phony smiling shit faces in today’s pros routines.

Huh? A smiling face helps display confidence and a sense of relaxation. Nothing is worse than a guy posing while looking like he's taking a massive dump

:-X :-\ :-X :-\
-
Kai's bringing in the jilted and twisted generation of bodybuilders. I don't like it, he makes bodybuilding look, more than ever, like a total freak, gay show.

Hey this "Sport" is fake enough without the fake smiles.
