you mean Muscle Media :-\
shortly after he started the "rant" , Mr douche romano of Musclemag started the romanos rage page

I used to have his cassettte tapes where Bill Phillips interviewed Duchaine while he was in jail, Musclemedia 2000 sent them out when you renewed a subscription. Its a trip, because he talks about GH and how it will change bodybuilding and clenbuterol and vanadyl sulfate would change womens bodybuilding forever. Keep in mind this is like 1992 or 93. When he said steroids on tape, he pronounced it "steeeroids". He seemed cool as hell and I listened to those tapes a lot. They also sent out tapes of Kneller, TC Luoma and a bunch of other guys, can't remember them all. Duchaine was definitely a good read and listen.

I still have those cassettes.... damn.

Yup. Got the mags mixed up.

Cool 8) Those tapes were all really, really good. I listened to them for years, and just tried to absorb what those guys said. From AAS, to diet and training, they covered it all.
-
One of the neat things was the awkward silence when the tape would beep and you'd hear "This call is from some-such prison".

You have that backwards "ProteinFarts."
It was MuscleMedia2000, then around the time they did the all-natural route, they trimmed the name to just being Muscle Media.

who the fuck writes that blog? he needs to take an grammar class..

As I understood it, it was named MuscleMedia2000 when it came out, and was aimed at making it to the year 2000 with the name. But then the market shifted and the Body Of Work video came out with the "all-natural" shift. Then Body For Life and so on...I started reading the magazine in 98-99 and it was already MuscleMedia then, never to be MuscleMedia2000 when I saw it in stores.
-
It was Muscle Media 2000 till 97' ish then went to Muscle Media(the Shawn Phillips GoldFinger cover was the first one, I think). Duchaine left and so did Poliquin soon after, Duchaine started with Ironman late 98ish or there abouts.
