check out Voevoda doing one armed pull ups and the human flag at a bodyweight of 277 and 6'4 tall

If that is the standard for one arm pullups I can do them too. Looks like a fucking seizure but hey, you can always tell the folks you can do one arm pullups.

Those are not even close to OAC but still v impressive.
