That was a totally bad-ass bench set. Guy got a great pump, and kept tension on the muscle at all times, none of this pussy lock-out-and-rest bullshit. Well, he took a little break, but that was it.
PLUS, he gets extra credit for having a power rack at home and for having a cute little spotter.
Props on the bench.
As for the weighted dips...now that he should not have posted. Brutal self-ownage, I'm afraid, because it looked like his feelings were hurt.

not 225 inner plate way smaller than outside plate probably one of those stretched out bumper plates.

Do you feel that makes it more of a decline bench than an actual flat bench? If so, I'm not going to disagree.

C'mon, mate - you know not all 45s look the same. Lots of people have mix-n-match plates in their home gyms.

The inner plate looks like a #44 Weider for one of the kilo sets.
I felt bad for the dip belt guy, it sucks to psyc yourself up for a lift then have the equiptment fail. Also buy a good nylon rig for dips, belt squats etc..... They wear better than the leather ones.

I was all ready to hate, but I checked out the dude's other videos, he's legit strong. Some of his lifts go up sloppy, but they do go up.

never gave that a thought. it makes the lift easier. puts alot
on your back. make clowns like him bench flat with full reps and they do what
everyone else does. 225 x 8-10 tops.
