He got shot though and trains Tim Rice out of Twinsburgh, Ohio.

Increasing the fatburners instead of lowering the calories.

I would mess with George Farah, that one tough SOB!!! He was shot like 4 times in the gut and lived, lol.Thats crazy, lol.Imagine fighting him,lol you wouldnt be able to hurt him. This guy has felt more pain then almost any other human being living. I could not imagine how much pain he felt the day he was shot.
I give them man props, he got shot lived, and then competed, and looked good doing it lol .George Farh, is bullet proof.!!!

I cant speak for George but from what ive read he is very similar to what Aceto prescribes, Which is mostly protien and carbohydrates, minimal fat, and vegetables with every meal. George seems to go higher on protein than most nutritionists would normally advocate though, as I think I recall he said he had a few different pro's eating 400grams or more protein everyday. Even for his heaviest clients that is over 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight. More than enough. I think he probably does Protein+ Carbs at every meal except the last one. Ir something similar. I Think George would have most pros on about 400-600 grams of carbs per day, with some getting aroudn a thousand, but these are massive dudes who not only have huge basal metabolic raes but are also using steroids, gh, and t3 in order to boost fat burning. that combined with hard workouts makes these dudes burn through huge amounts of carbs very quickly. for the average dude they couldnt diet that high of carbs, nor probably protien, but they could stll follow the basic idea, which is to kep calories as low as possible while keeping protein availability and insulin concenrations as high as posisble, which means eating as little fa as possible to get as much protein and carbs as possile, and eating veggetales for fullness, fat burning, fiber, health, negative calorie, etc. the normal guy would probably do something like 1 gram protein per pound bodyweight and 2 grams carbs per pound bodyweight. only trace fats. not countign vegtables as carbs

He cycles protein also...Never heard of that until then.

All of Georges programs are different...he has basic guidelines he follows, but for the most part, there are too many variables to make any assumption of any "method"...the higher up the ladder the athlete is, the more diverse the program becomes, and specialized
-
he told the story of being shot, while on PBW.... was very powerful. He talked of this life and death struggle with someone attacking him. Things didn't end very well for the other guy that day. You don't often hear stories like this told with such honesty.

Translation = the more drugs they take the more they can get away with insane amounts of protein and carbs and still lean out.

It also showed some great composure and self-control by George not raging when King Kamali pushed him on stage.
You all remembered that incident right?
