when should one eat zero carbs and for how long?? to keep insulin sensibility the best? im thinking about doing it 3concecutive days at the start of each months

you mean sensitivity not sensibility

insulin sensitivity is mainly a function of glycogen stores. when they empty your sensitive and when theyre full your not.

my sister is in graduate school for food nutrition, receiving an education to become more insulin senisble.. she eats carbs every day though

yeah i mean sensitivity my bad, now im thinking about doing 1 day a week 0 carbs instead
