this guy ran in the mountains and sparred

maybe some weight lifting but I doubt it was any isolation stuff

nothing but HIT cardio, power cleans, sun tanning and sparring

had to be UFC 5 or 6....

I believe if memory serves that Ruas won by leg kicks......pretty cool.

it was VII iirc cuz 1 and 2 were with Royce, 3 was the steve jennum , 4 was the return of Royce, 5 was Severn, 6 was the debut of tank and Taktarov won, so VII was the one with Ruas and i believe it was in Buffalo
