Blacken: I totally agree. As a CONSERVATIVE, I say these two need to be voted OUT. New blood is needed on both sides to serve the american people, not their campaign chests. It is time we all get rid of this old blood and vote new in in November. If not, the only person to blame for this debacle is you and I.

This is utter nonsense. If the taxpayers could opt out of paying the taxes thats one thing, but thats not case.
The citizens in these districts have to pay this debt back regardless, they should get the $.
