Title: Anyone take a chromium supplement?
Post by: calfzilla on February 20, 2010, 10:07:42 PM
I do.  Take it with vitamin C to help with absorption.  Chromium is mildly anabolic.

"mildly anabolic"

Ehhhh...not so sure about that...but maybe in the right set of circumstances(?).

Its just a loaded statement.  I think chromium has disapointed to many people in real world results as opposed to what research has says.

My gut feeling is that chromium probably benefits someone that is obese with controlling insulin/blood sugar.  Not sure if it does a lot that has their body fat and eating habits under control.
