This is the #1 reason why I absolutely refuse to own a webcam!

I know a guy who had the ability to turn on people's webcams,
...and I have seen far too many youtube videos of unsuspecting users caught on webcams.

I hate those new laptops with the built in cams or retinal scans to unlock. creeeeeepy!
